FPS Drops down to under 30 after playing for 10 minutes

As I mentioned in the title, my fps drops down to around 14-35 fps and becomes pretty unplayable playing after for around five to ten minutes. I don't know if it has anything to do with it but when I have used the consoloe commands for a while the fps seems to get locked on 8 fps and I have to restart the game to fix it, I can live with that issue but don't know if it has anything to do with my other issue. Pretty sure my PC isn't the problem since I have a 1070 and an i5 6500k. I have around 135 mods installed but I have had more without any issues. The issue appeared after mu CBBE morphes didn't work, and i tried to fix it and i've tried uninstalling my latest installed mods with no luck. Anyone who knows how I can get back to my 50-60 fps?
