danatoth666
I gave one of my NPC's a work package to chop wood from 12:00 - 2:30pm every day. At 12:00 he appears outside his door and just stand there. If I wait for an hour he'll be by the wood just standing there. However, If I wait from say 11:30-12:30 He'll be there chopping the wood. After he is done chopping the wood he'll just stand there. If I wait an hour he'll be in the same spot but start walking home. Anyone have any idea's what is going on? sinth88
I was having this exact same problem for ages, I eventually resolved it by completely redoing the NavMesh again. If an actor just stops and does nothing it usually means there is a problem with the navmesh they need to use to get to their next location. Hope this helps. Susurruss
Are you loading a save in the same area as your lazy NPC? Apparently, loading the save in a different area, then moving to the NPC resets the AI, and everything should work properly.
