Fallout: NCR Conquerors

So, this mod would be a complete overhaul and it would only be for people who want to do an NCR play through. Alternatively, this mod could be done for Ceaser's Legion or even Mr. House, or any of the other factions. Basically, the plot would be that you are a New California Republic Soldier, who has been transferred to the newly created Mojave Outpost. Your job is to lead squadrons of soldiers into the Mojave, establish diplomatic relations with other factions, and capture locations for the NCR, with the end result to conquer the entire Mojave.

So, the Mojave outpost would be very new with little defense, and with construction on the Desert Ranger Treaty Monument just starting. Progressively, the Mojave Outpost would upgrade every day, with better defenses and the Monument getting closer and closer to completed construction, until it becomes an even better version of the Mojave Outpost we all know and love.

So you would be asked to go to a location and either clear it out or convince the inhabitants to join the New California Republic, either by doing quests or using speech checks. Those speech checks would get easier and easier. However, doing non-NCR authorized quests or convincing enemy factions (as no faction would be initially hostile, such as the Jackals, Fiends, or Brotherhood of Steel), would remove points, whereas destroying enemy factions or convincing neutral or allied factions to join the NCR would give you points.

These points would increase your rank, giving you more freedom to do some unauthorized quests, or ultimately convincing enemy factions to join you, without penalties. Also, allowing or killing allies or NCR would also take away points.

Each location you took for the NCR would allow NCR troops to move in, and eventually citizens, and every day, defenses would get better, and faction decoration would be removed and NCR decoration would be added, until every location is a stronghold/settlement.

I would also like optional files for each DLC, and maybe even new locations outside the Mojave. If somebody could make this, it would be fantastic. If you have further questions, email me at [email protected]
