Quest glitch and CTD errors. Need help ASAP

When doing the Eye of Magnus quest Ancano will be un-killable even through console commands, his health will regenerate as fast as i can 1 shot him. Also I experience a multitude of CTD's on a daily basis normally once every 5-8 minuted of play.
