SSE Weapon Swing Special Effects

I don't know if this already exists, but if not I thought it would be a cool idea for weapon swings to have a glowing trail. For a reference of what I mean here's a picture of such an effect in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

 

I only chose this game as a reference because it was the only one that I could think of off-hand. I've always wanted something like this in Skyrim, but I don't think I'm capable of making a mod to do so myself. I thought since I can't do it myself, I should ask the talented mod creators on this website to do this for me, and probably other people who wanted something like this in the game.

Sorry for the late reply, but I have inquired if this can happen in SE. I asked the developers of Ultimate Combat, they include a swing effect in that mod. (Unfortunately only for Oldrim and requires SKSE)

Would be cool for enchanted weapons to leave a trail of fire or lightning, ect based on the enchantment on them.
