SSE How to remove the "trail" of Bloodskaal Blade?

Hi,

 

Can some1 tell me how to remove the trail/sparks or whatever you can call it xD ---> https://ibb.co/f5hqfv (i guess this isnt hard to do, but im still a noob and need some1 to teach me)

 

Preferably via skyrim se edit (SSEEDIT) or tes5edit, I think they are the same...or should I get another program in order to remove it?
