den1
I wanted to make a black man for Skyrim, and then noticed this:http://postimage.org/image/py2u2cbuf/What the hell? His head is completely white! As you can see, he appears in editor normally:http://postimage.org/image/t5n0fq1tx/(Sorry can't use img tags for some reason) How can I fix this? Hadok
Yeah, the Michael Jackson's Syndrome is affecting everybody. You can fix it by opening the console, selecting the NPC and writing "setnpcweight 1". You can also select the NPC in the editor (Clicking on its ID in the list) and pressing Control + F4, it doesn't work for me, but it worked for other people.
