Having Issue with Tree Texture Glitch?

Like the topic says, I've got a problem with almost all the trees in the game looking identical. The models all pop in and out, and I've got no idea what's up. They look like these giant oak trees, and they're all over the dang place now.

Unfortunately, I have tried to attach the photos, but it's not accepting them since they were captured in-game w/Steam.

Yes, my mod list is a nightmare.

I've tried deactivating all the mods and tried them one by one - to no avail. Is there something wrong with the core textures themselves? Any thoughts, anyone?

Alright, is there any way I can post a photo from steam into the forum? I tried using "My media" and "Images," but neither of those have worked.

Could I get some help?
