Some mods work, others don't. Can't seem to figure it out

Hello - I'm trying to get a few workshop mods working, but am having the hardest time figuring it out. A few mods work such as Workshop Rearranged, G2M workshop, Snappy HouseKit, to name a few. However, ones like Do It Yourshelf, Thematic and Practical, or any of the Master Plan series mods don't work. Don't work = their menu doesn't show up, or the menu does show up, but the items are not visible.

 

Things I have done:

-added sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\ to my Fallout4.ini file in My Game/ Fallout (not under Program Files).

- added [Launcher]

bEnableFileSelection=1 to my Fallout4Prefs.ini file (same location)

- added [Archive]

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

- Tried loading one mod at a time to see who the culprit was, but when I loaded each mod that wasn't working individually, they still didn't work.
