HDT High Heels I unistalled it but its still going ;-;

So I installed HDT High Heels for the sexy transparent zipper armor but when I got in game I realized that my character was floating. Look like the mod thought she was wearing heels all the time so after a hour of playing I can't stand it so I uninstalled the armor and the High Heels mod. BUT when I got back my character was still floating a few inches of the ground. I even went back reinstalled the mod and tried to delete all of the filed myself and made a new game I am still floating. Please help ;_;
