Vault DLC Atrium ceiling not matching atrium end

I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing this, but my vault dlc atrium end pieces seem to be stopping one level/floor lower then where they are supposed to, I cant figure out if it's a mod conflict or what but it's driving me nuts.

the reason the vault mods are at the bottom is i've been changing them around trying to figure this mess out for an hour or so now.

You realize, that you are using "Vault-Tec Workshop Overhaul" which modifies and adds large amounts of snap-points?

And after that, you use mods, changing the vault-tec items another time.

So, there may be a huge conflict with changed gemoetry of parts where the snappoints, that are changed, rely on positions that are no longer there.
