Looking for help with a CTD on startup

Howdy all! First I'd like to thank you for checking out this thread. Now to the task at hand. I've been modding skyrim for a long time, but took a break for about a year. I'm back into the swing of things on a somewhat fresh install of the game. WIth that in mind I went about modding classic skyrim. It went well for a while, but I've hit a bit of a road block. I'm getting a CTD on startup. It crashes right after the bethesda logo shows up. I know this sounds like a missing master, but if it is, I can't find it. I use Mod Organizer, LOOT, Tes5Edit, FNIS, and SKSE. I'm not getting any missing master alerts on tes5edit or MO. I'm not using an enb, but i do have the "enboost" files for performance. I also tweaked the enblocal.ini file accordingly. I have also tried deleting my skyrim.ini and skryimprefs.ini files and reacquiring them by verifying the integrity of the game files.

 

Right now I'm sure it's a simple solution that I'm just not seeing. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Here's my current load order:
