Weird Graphical Glitch in Solstheim

Hi guys,

Been having a really weird glitch with Red Mountain, and looking back to Skyrim from Solstheim.

As you can see, it's not rendering/loading right.

I don't have any idea how to fix this, and I have tried troubleshooting my mods.
The only ones I can think of that would cause such a thing are:

Warburg's 3D Map
Realistic Waters 2
Real Shelter
Remove Exterior Fog


I've disabled all of them, disabled water reflections and no banana.

Any ideas as to the cause and a fix?
It may seem insignificant, but it's driving me mad!
