Any Tutorial links for making NPCs with creation kit & using in-game looks menu for their faces?

Hi there. Anyone know of any tutorials regarding using the in-game character creation (looks menu) and then transferring that face to the creation kit? I want to make a unique NPC using the creation kit and then design their face using the looks menu. On Skyrim there was a mod that allowed me to design the NPC in-game, then transfer that face into the Creation Kit. I think Face Ripper might to the same thing?

 

I have looked on forums and Google but haven't been able to find much info.
