Mod Script Error

I've only got one mod for this game, the Kaer Morhen armor leveling mod(http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1456/?). I have the GOTY Edition on steam and my hardware is an I5-4690k, a GTX 1060 6gb, and 12gb of RAM. When I try to start the game up, I get an error box. Here's whats in it.
