[Texturing] Normal Map Issues

I've been using this 'mod.'

 

So I've been running into an issue generating normal maps where they end up broken (black triangles and etc.) once in-game. I use the nvidia plugin on what I'd assume are default settings, then use the above 'mod'.

Any ideas what could be going wrong?

 

EDIT: TL;DR what I'm basically asking is what settings must I save Dragon's Dogma normal map .dds with?
