Help! What is causing big yellow blocks?

I am playing with many mods and it seems to be causing these yellow blocks with exclamation points inside of them. They are always under water and also in the Apachii Goddess Shop. Also, what would chiefly be causing invisible animals to attack me in the woods?

Those yellow blocks are indicators of missing meshes. Reinstalling the mods; taking care to put the meshes and textures into the right folder, should eliminate the problem.

yeah, you are suppossed to overwrite your meshes and textures with the modded ones

Usually when you get the yellow block with exclamation point it's because when you installed your mod, it didn't put the textures in the proper subfolder. When a mod has modified textures, meshes or sounds they must be installed into the Oblivion\data\meshes Oblivion\data\textures and Oblivion\data\sounds folders.

 

Missing meshes are indicated by invisible or purple objects, Missing textures by the yellow block with exclamation point and missing sounds by silence where you should hear something.

 

Look in your oblivion\data folder and see if the mod put its meshes & textures there if so, just move them into the proper subdirectory. Sometimes reinstalling the mod will place them in the proper place - you also must select yes when asked if you want to overwrite files.
