Gun swapping Issue, caused by unknown mod.

So i keep having this issue with my game where i cant seem to swap my weapons without them taking from 6-10 seconds to be pulled out. Meanwhile the game is still playing at regular speed, meaning im still moving at regular speed, as are npcs, although i dont have a gun out and can still be shot very easily. I go to swap weapons, the one i currently have out disappears, as it usually would, but nothing loads in its place. Either nothing shows up in front of me, and my character has the inability to shoot or jump or interact or anything, and then the gun will pop into place after those 6-10 seconds, OR the gun will disappear and my hands will take the position they would to hold the gun i switched too, but no gun actually pops up, and then after those 6-10 seconds, either the gun shows up, or it switches back to the gun i just had out. ive reinstalled my game a few times now, and it seems stable up until a install mods, of which i mostly have just npc model replacers and new guns added to the game.

TL;DR

some mod is causing my weapons to take forever to swap, im wondering if anyone knows what causes this issue, as its a bug that occurs naturally in game as well without mods (although ive only experienced it with mods), and if anyone knows specifically what types of mods may cause this and how to fix it.

Thats usually caused by some mod that changes animations. Walking-animation for example. Even some "get fast in and out of power armor" can cause this.

Its simplyfied an animation-cycle bug, causing the engine to wait for something to finish, whats not there, or not corretcly stating its finished. Changing weapon is also an animation, and so this is delayed until the other animation is done, or the engine aborts due to timeout.
