Possible to change saved characters face?

I was wondering if there are any mods or anything I could do to change the face of one of my saved characters. At first I could care less what he looked liked because I wanted to jump into the game so I randomed the face. In short, my character is hideous and I was curious as to if there is anything I can do for him.

You don't even need a mod to do this. Just open the console by pressing tilde"~" and type "showracemenu" without the quotes. Do NOT close the console or press "done"! Make your changes, save your game while the menu is still up, and exit Oblivion. Then reload the save.
