Think Skyrim wants me to praise the sun too much

Skyrim's sky is overly bright and white, with enb it looks even worse it hurts my eyes.

*Not a vampire either, made a fresh new game.

 

Heres my load order, about 80 or so mods because Im not a murderer even if my cheap gpu can handle it.

P.S. Graphics card was installed about 1-2 weeks ago, so drivers are already up to date

Did not use LOOT yet because I just installed flora overhaul before I made this thread.
