White Mountains in The Distance

Hi,

 

I'm hoping someone can give me a bit of help. Everything over a certain distance appears white and "foggy" and I've seen a few posts on here with the same issue but can't find a resolution anywhere. I've uploaded a screenshot below and so far I've tried tinkering with the settings using New Vegas Configator and giving it ridiculously long draw distance and toggling HDR and other graphic settings but nothing seems to work.

I'm running it on a 980Ti, an i7 4790k with 16gb RAM. It's also the new GOG version that I'm playing with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's the ENB. I was having this same problem with that ENB a long time ago.
