Mods not working

I'm playing dragon age origins on my origin account and the other day I installed two mods to the game and they were working perfectly fine the day I installed them and yesterday now when I start a new play through none of my mods appear to be in the game but are on my modmanager.

 

Could someone please help me out as the game is not as easy without them.
