LE Sexy Breton Follower

Here is my problem: I'm trying to create a simple follower, but I continue to end up with dark faces (despite using CTRL + F4). I've pretty much given up after three days without success of correcting the problem. My only work around was editing the appearance of an existing NPC (Jenassa), as can bee seen here:

I would really like someone to create this follower so that I can download it and not have to worry about the dark face. Also, feel free to take full credit.

I've found a post by a Bethesda Employee that mentions the 'dark face' bug and the guy (Joel) says they are working on fixing the issue. It can be found in the bethesda forum here: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1343692-color-mismatch-facebody/
