Settlers have Stephen Hawking's voice.

Hi all,

 

I've been building up Dalton Farm during a Far Harbor play-through and noticed that something is going wrong with my most recently recruited settlers.

 

They speak in either what sounds like a badly recorded attempt to replicate the voice of Far Harbor settlers or a straight up Hawking-esque female voice. Their lips don't move either.

 

Its been somewhat amusing having a bunch of bad voice actors and cyborg telepaths strolling around town but I would like it to stop now.

I don't have any mods for the purpose of changing NPCs voices. Better Settlers and the Black Face fix are the only mods that should be changing settlers? I've done a lot of googling and I can't see anyone else with this problem, or perhaps I'm not wording my searches right. Has anyone heard of this problem before?
