jaydash
Hello, I've got an HTPC I just upgraded with an i7 2600K CPU and a GTX 570 GPU... motherboard went out, and tha wife let me upgrade! It's my understanding that this rig can handle Skyrim along with some cool mods to tweak the graphics... I'd like it to look as good as possible without installing 50 different mods to keep track of... I've read about a lot of the different mods, but there are so many! I just don't want to see reduced performance... So, a few questions: 1. Is the Nexus Mod Manager worthwhile?2. What graphic mods should I consider?3. Install the official high res pack, or no? Korodic
nexus mod manager is, in my opinion, a must if you will use the nexus. You will need to keep track of your mods because people do update them. Your card will probably do alright with the high res pack. for top-files check here:http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/top/alltime.php use the filters to suit your needs.
