LE More Honey, especially in apiaries

I'll never understand why beehives and apiaries don't drop honey, when it's required for loads of recipes. I see no reason why honey should be harder to find than bunnies in the Blackreach. Id also be thrilled to see a way to derive honey from honeycomb. Any chance you'd be interested in making this happen? Or pointing me towards resources so I can learn to do it my damn self?
