[CTD] Random Crashes when loading new areas

Alright, so i've had some random crashes lately, you know; the sudden CTD's with no error report and such. OFC, i'm running latest patch 1.4.21 i think it's called, and this error happens when loading new areas.

My current mod .esp's are;

• AddChoices01.esp (Allows the player to save Paarthurnax)
  
• BearSpiders2alpha.esp (Spider --> Bear, yea, i'm arachnophobic)
  
• dD - Enhanced Blood Main.esp (Blood retex)
  
• Headbomb's Better Sorting - Ammo(, and all the rest, though not 2 of the same)
  
• Hideout.esp (Dovahkiin Hideout)
  
• JSwords.esp (Jaysus' Swords)
  
• LegendarySmithingUpgrades.esp (Crafting add-on)
  
• Lost Art of the Blacksmith.esp (Crafting add-on)
  
• More Craftables.esp (Crafting add-on)
  
• Realistic Water Textures.esp (Water retex)
  
• RichMerchants.esp (Gives merchants 10000 gold)
  
• Shadow Striping Fix.esp (fixes the shadow thingy in Whiterun home)
  
• Smithing Perks Overhaul.esp (Altered Smithing Perks)
  
• SummonAnimalPets_immersive.esp (Summoning animal pets with rings and such)
  
• Uncapped Perks - Optional Magic Add-on.esp (More perk increasement)
  
• Uncapped Perks.esp (Same as above)
  
• ValsCraftingMeltdownAlpha.esp (Crafting add-on)
  
• WARZONES - Civil Unrest.esp (Skyrim NPC spawning add-on)
  
• Weapons and Armor Fixes - Hacks.esp (Fixpack)
  
• Weapons and Armor Fixes.esp (Fixpack)
  
• WiS IV - New Equipement for NPC.esp (WiS add-on)
  
• WiS IV blood coins normal.esp (WiS option)
  
• WiS IV.esp (War in Skyrim, same as WARZONES)
  

Please tell if any of these are incompatible :)

Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3 RAM

ASUS P8H67-M PRO

 

With DirectX 11 installed.
