Object Missing in CK, but loads in Game

This it totally weird, I have tried to unhide all objects, refresh F5, Delete the area of the cell the where the character loads into and it always zones me into a small jumble of objects that by chance shape into a square room so I'm stuck...If I use TCL and float around in game I can escape and view this mishapen jumbled of objects, but within CK this space is empty and so I'm having a problem deleting what I can't see and I really don't want to delete that specific object type because a lot of them are used over the map so I dont know which are the correct ones. Is there a quick way to pull up an XYZ location list of all objects in a cell? Figure they are at the 0/0/0 xyz coords, but the spot is empty in CK. Any help or ideas anyone can provide would be great.

SO what I've found is that these ghost objects move around my map to the last peice I placed and saved before cocing into the cell unless there is an xmarker in which case they stay there where the xmarker is and thats my spawn point. Seems like they are bound to where I spawn, but they don't actually apear in the CK.

 

I can TCL out of the mishmash of objects to roam the whole map in regular mode without a hitch, but either where the xmarker is or the last object I placed before loading it in game there will be this jumble of overlapping objects where the character spawns.

 

Copying the cell is a hassle and it's happening all over again in a couple of new cells I copied. It seems like ghost objects are getting moved to the last object I work on before saving now that I removed the xmarker.

 

If anyone has a fix for this it would be supremely appreciated
