KING OF SKYRIM MODD?

I'm 3/4 thru Skyrim, and it's getting MUNDANE, I'm thinking of deepening the story by advocating a mod, which will allow the player to craft Dweemer technology thru crafting, and thru a group of smiths export these items to the Imperials in Oblivion, which in turn are paid a hefty price, of which the player can then RE-Build the state of Skyrim, now that he's the Jarl of Solitude after marrying the Jarl Elisif

If the player does this correctly and after a lot of political crap becomes king / queen of Skyrim, by no means a easy task.

A take perhaps on the Civilization games and age of empires type social improvement

...so what do you think....anything to avoid yet another damm cave venture....lol

peace

You people might bury me for this, but once you're done with the main questlines, there isn't much left to do (except for caving, (mini)-questing and stuff like that)...

Which is why I'd encourage everyone, who's capable of doing so, to use the Creation Kit and provide the community with new content (of any kind). ;)

I am making a new questline for Skyrim at the moment which will be called the Outcast Saga. I hope to work with other modders and to incorporate other mods (with permission of course) so that things such as dragon riding could be achieved, as they would really add to the story line. I also plan for the player to take a greater part in Skyrim's Hierarchy, perhaps King/Queen, perhaps not. Edited by Daedthr

  • 5 months later...

I think good idea.. first of all The Elder Scroll series has always imaginable games.. On Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion we always continue to the game after we completed all the Questlines.. We always find new side quest when we complete all the side quests we still continue to the game with our new Quests and Dungeon mods...

It is a necessity that we have to do the same thing on Skyrim..

Dude I still play the Skyrim after the original 11.11.11 release date, you calculate the hours.. I must add that I still play Morrowind and Oblivion too with downloading the new dungeon Mods... that means I played the Morrowind since 2004 (nearly 10 years of play-time)

If we play Skyrim for years-of playing-hour just like as Morrowind we played, the moding community have to continue to making new mods...

I like the idea of beeing King...

I reached the 39 th level.. I killed nearly 25 of Dragon, and helped the Cities and Towns of Skyrim, I helped the Jarls and Thane of the 5 different city, actually buyed 4 different House with housecarls, horses and even dogs, I married with red-haired Aela The Huntress and helped the Companions's ass... I helped the Stormcloaks againts the Empire all over the land joined several battles and defeated the empire..

I saved the mage College's folks ass from the Thalmor puppet, and saved the whole City from the total massacre.. I Defeated the Queen Potema's ghost prevented her plans with her ghost army to conquer the land..

And I can't rule or control even one city as a King, Lord or Count.. All I have is the several Thane title with buying a several houses... I can't feel that my character getting any influence...

That is the same problem of Oblivion too I remember....

You saved the whole land from the Oblivion crisis and saved the universe itself from the sinister invasion plans of Mahrunes Dagon... And you can't be a Lord of any Castle/City and Can't control them.. all you get is the Hero title..

But on Morrowind, you can Control whole-new and new-built town for you after you became Archmagister of any House... And actually you will have Castle / Stronghold and Mage Tower with a completely new small-town on bottom...

And everyone is your servant, housecarl or assistant.. I You can feel that you getting control over the town and getting more and more of Power and Influence during the game...

In Skyrim.. Your influence is your spouse..... This is not a balance...

I think that being King is a good idea...

Just do it dude... do not hesitate ;)))

Give this game a spirit ! :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

:D
