OMG! Please help! T^T

Hello, I'm having a very odd issue with my interiors sky lighting. I have provided images and my load order. I honestly don't know what this could be of how it could of happened. I don't think it's my ground or wall textures as they seem to be fine, however when you reach an interior area with natural sky lighting, everything is black and some blue outlines. Please help. T^T


Update: After some uninstalling and reinstalling I found that it only seems to be effecting Helgen Keep. All natural light sources (in helgen keep only) have literally shat on themselves. I will return with more updates if the problem resides in other dungeons and caves.
