Freezing and crashing in Whiterun

I'm having problems in Whiterun. The game freezes when I go into certain areas, specially after leaving Dragonsreach. I also can't use the workbench or grindstone without going into infinite loading. I tested other areas, such as Riften, Riverwood, Winterhold and Solitude, and they all work perfectly. However, the problem is serious enough that I can't actually complete any quests that have any stage set in Whiterun.

I already made multiple saves to rule out file corruption, and disabled and re-enabled most mods to check if they were the cause.

 

I'm using the latest version of Skyrim, installing my mods through NMM and sorting with LOOT. The only graphic enhancers I'm using are the better blood and the better smoke ones.

Figured it out, sort of. It all worked perfectly once I disabled the official HD textures. Which is very weird, considering my setup...

 

Edit: While Whiterun may not crash when I'm inside, it now puts me into an infinite loading screen when I try to enter trhough the main gates. Fml.

 

Edit 2: I don't know what the hell is going on. If I use a console command to teleport to Dragonsreach and then leave, Whiterun works normally, with absolutelly no issues. So I guess it's solved? Still makes no sense...
