mcfanGamingZ
Hello guys, i'd like to get some help on this rather very popular Skyrim SE problem, which is constant CTD, making the game unplayable.I've searched as much as i could on the web but i couldn't find any fix for it.I've disabled the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service", which fixed my problem temporarely at first.I've also followed many guides that make use of the troubleshoot compatibility mode, but still same problems.I started to experience this mess just few days ago.I'm running on a Windows 10 Machine with an i3 4170(similar to the i3 6100 in performance), 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and a GTX 1050Ti, my game runs at over 60 fps most of the time although i'm playing with 65 plugins.Bare in mind that i tried LOOT for my Load Order and SSE Edit to clean my firty plug-ins, and i also checked that there are no incompatibilities between the mods i'm using, i really need help guys. Thanks for taking my request in consideration. jjb54
did you try the P.I.T.A. method? In NMM - under the TAB: PLUGIN Turn off ( circle with the line through it ) ALL your mods. Turn back on any DLC's you have. Then run the game to see if the CTD happens? If - YES - then the game is corrupted or save is. .. IF: No. Then you have a mod issue and you have to turn them on 1 @ a time ... play and repeat until the CTD happens and you have found the issue. .. Jj ... strawbqwerty
Have you ported any mods over to the new Sky rim ? Or are they all of Nexus. Even if they are all from Nexus not all are properly converted , Out of twenty one follower mods that I installed, thirteen had incorrect form versions, so had not been through the new creation kit. Meshes are a must do. Textures can be a suck and see. Couple of those follower mods had Texture issues. So you may need to check with SSEEdit the form version of your mods. As far as I have learn` t ( not that much ) DXT3 textures cause the new skyrim to crash. So when you do find the culprit mod check the form version and if it has textures, have they been converted as well. When I have had to hunt down a mod I have loaded five or so at a time. Bit of a punt but quicker.
