Background bleeds into solid objects in settlement.

Background bleeds into solid objects in settlement. This happens when I move the camera view. I have tried google to try and find a fix, not sure if it is a cell culling issue due to scrap everything, or a cell reset issue. Was wondering if it could also be a problem of to many objects in a settlement? My castle settlement has a little over 5900 item. Is this just another glitch from the Castle settlement area??

This is what happens.

It's possible that it's a vram issue. I've only had this happen once myself, whilst I was seeing how far I could push my system & had ugridstoload set to 11.

Maybe it is related to the amount of objects in your settlement that the engine is having to render, but couldn't say for certain.

This is usually caused by deleted rocks and terrain. In my first few playthroughs I had it big style in Vault 88 where I deleted lots of rock to increase the build space. In my current playthrough I haven't touched the rocks and I get no scrolling effect.

I will try this with my castle settlement. thx for the tip. Been using Scrap everything for a while now and never had this issue. Wonder why it started now?

Ok found a fix. Went into options and set everything to low and then manually tweaked the settings. All the graphics are set to high, the effects like rain occlusion and wetness are all on. Antialiasing, anisotropic filtering, ambient occlusion, and weapons debris are off. The issue seems to be with the view distance tab in advanced options. the weird image bleed for the most part has stopped with all the settings in the view distance tab all on low. Not sure why it works just glad it does. XD

That's good news but I am on Ultra settings on a 4K monitor and it only happens where I delete terrain by console command , not Scrap Everything. Somebody reported the same effect recently and they had been deleting lots of stuff round Spectacle Island.
