Change in unarmed movement

I have not found anything like this so far so I am asking here, I hate the change in the way my character moves without weapons out, that 360 spin makes it very difficult to maneuver for me. I want my PC to move the same way he/she does when a gun is out (strafing and back up) Is this possible or has it been made? I love playing FO4 but it gets old always having to have a weapon out to keep from whirling off ledges or line up with stairs easily.
