Transparent textures after DLC

Ever since I got the High-Res Texture Pack, I've had a lot of textures just randomly turn transparent.

Also, there seems to be some sort of blending issue.

I've seen some mods that fix certain issues with the DLC, but they don't seem to apply to my problems.

Hopefully it's just a video driver issue.
