Snowing where it shouldn't be

Using Natural Weather. It starts snowing whenever i fast travel to a new location. It stops several seconds later. I noticed i had the Natural Weather HDR and Natural Weather HDR Bugfree esps both active. I deactivate one and try to load the game, then it crashes.

Instead of using the Natural Weather, consider using "Weather All Natural" instead. It incorporates features of Natural Weather and more.
