Strange mods problem with 1.3.1

Hi. Until a few weeks ago i had TW3 with 1.22 patch, because after 450h of gameplay i had started to play something else. But the call of the witcher is too strong :) , and i have decide to start another newgame+ with patch 1.31 and the mod upgraded for 1.3.1, but here start the problem.....

 

 

Some mods works great! Some mods won't start :( The problem is strange and is the same for all mod who won't work, during the loading, the "line of loading" down on the right of the game stay just static, and the game is blocked here. I can start the game and navigate in the menu but if i load some mods and i load the savegame during the loading the game stops, without error message:

The mods who don't work are:

 

 

Always full exp (1.3.1)

better FX 1.7

Better Trophies 2.0

Blood Blood 2.1 (or more blood mod 1.4 tryend one for time)

Clear lighting in toussaint 1.0

Merchant allways give cards 1.31

next gen candles

the gwent card dealer

 

 

so. I have no idea because some mods work and the last in this upper list don't work. The problem is the same, no crash during game start, no crash in the menu, no error message, but with these mods if i load a savegame the loading stops, without error. Is anyone aware of what the cause might be? Tnx in advance.
