texture and nif scope problems

i cant find the daedric gauntlets texture file(using fall out mod manger to find texture files)

 

nifscope keeps giving this message ""failed to load file header (version 14020007, 20.2.0.7)""

"failed to load nif from 'C:/Users/Owner/Desktop/daedricgauntlets_0.nif'"

 

if you can figure out whats wrong id very great-full.
