Merchant selling leveled items

Hi,

 

My problem is how to get my merchant sell the correct leveled items.

I have 7 weapons at level 6, and 2 weapons at level 30.

I can get them all showing, also those lvl 30 weapons under level 30,

or I can get them randomised, but this does not guarantee that each weapon would show to the merchant.

 

So I would like to have them all showing at proper levels without randomizing, but do not know how. ??
