Malchik Posted January 22, 2004 Share Posted January 22, 2004 You've surely been there. All Redoran councillors are in Ald Ruhn, Under Skar. Start with the Sarethi manor and then work around the manors from the left (IIRC this is Ramoran, Llethri, Council Hall (to find Morvayn), Ramoran and Venim.
