deadly reflexes hourglass help

hi, hopefully you guys can help me out. (if you want to of course)

 

------>in deadly reflexes, i have the latest version, and i want to change the controls for bashkey,flipkey,horsekey and the critical chance. i seem to have lost my hourglass for the reset. its not in my inventory. is there a code for it, (to use in the console), or can i change the keys, and the critical chance via the console?<-----------

 

i have tried reinstalling, activating, deacvtivating to get the menu up again but it doesnt work.

 

any help would be great.
