RitualBlack
Steam takes terrible pics. My print screen instantly puts very nice pics in a viewer in the skyrim folder. Steam pics look exactly the same as print screen except you don't have to be bothered to leave the game and paste it if you want another one. I don't know how it could look worse. They both capture the exact image on your screen when you press the button in your screens resolution  .

Print screen takes nice higher def pics. At least for me it does. Edited February 19, 2012 by Fortunado3

Steam has that border, and all that crap, when I just want to link a pic.

PrintScreen does not require me to exit the game, silly. Each time I hit the button, it just adds another picture to my sequence automatically. It seems to be a Beth plug. That could be considered small. What resolution do you play at? If I'm playing at 2560x1600, that's what PrtScn gives me.
RitualBlack
I didn't know print screen worked that way, but my steam pics are in 1920x1080 with no borders. I have only one image on the nexus but it is from a steam screenshot. I am playing it on a laptop with no external monitors so that is my full resolution. It is hard to get a laptop with larger than an 18.4 screen and 1920x1080 resolution. (What happened to the 1920x1200 laptop screens  )

RitualBlack
I edited it a little bit but this is what it came out like size and border wise from steam (no border and full resolution). http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/imageshare/images/507000-1324311936.jpeg *I am not going to directly put the image here for space reasons  *
Fortunado3
Hm, when I took and linked steam pics, from Total War they were real small and in some border that made them even smaller. Same thing when I did f12 with Skyrim. Is there a setting some where in steam?
