RobidyBobidy
hey everyone, just a quick question that is seriously agitating me. I'll be brief. I'm using the morpher in 3ds max to make armor. At weights 0 and 100 in-game, its perfect. At weights 1-99, I get mesh explosions on my armor. Solution that I've been told: I didn't have a "smooth" modifier on all my armor pieces. That, is in fact, a filthy lie. All my vertex numbers came out perfect in Nifskope, yet I still get explosions. I checked all the pieces of the armor, I deleted the base body that came with the original armor, and I made sure by using the "select by name" option in 3ds so I didn't forget a piece hiding somewhere. I'm out of ideas. Does anyone know why a body explosion could be happening even when my vertices match up? Please let me know..!
aarons6
i am having this same issue.. all the vertexes are the same. i put a smooth modifier on every part under skin.. but it still blows up..
Sionnach65
Yo, I am also having the same issue. I think it is an exporting and vertex numbering issue. If i morph or modify the model or re-export the nif from _0 and generate a new _1 it explodes. If i copy _0 and duplicate and rename to _1 the morph is fine, just no actual morph is happening. Any insight?
