I crash when I get to a certain point of the tutorial (I am modded)

I crash when I get to the point in the tutorial where Alduin happens to just fly down and breath fire really close to an imperial soldier, a child, and a blacksmith

 

(The part where you jump from a tower to a broken down house then to get to the Imperial for the first time)

The specific path for my game is steam aka C:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

 

I happen to use Nexus Mod Manager for my mods

 

I have all dlc

 

I do use the latest safe version of SKSE
