T-60 Tesla armour parts and legendary effects questions

Hi all,

 

I'm using the Legendary Modification mod and would like to add armour legendary effects to the T-60 Tesla parts: LM let's you attach effects to the armour but does that armour benefit from both legendary effect(say titan or assassin) and the tesla armour effect? The name of the resulting armour piece suggests that this is the case("of the sentinel" or "of the assassin" is added to the name), but the legendary at the top of the screen only describes the tesla armour effect. Could anyone clarify this please?

 

2nd question: Is there a mod or a way to, ideally, detach Grognak's Axe's legendary effect and, in any case, attach the effect to another weapon?
