RitualBlack
Ok, I think I have found it. I can't really tell if it does anything or not because in the interior cell with the fix I was at 59-61fps (v.sync is forced so I cant get any higer) and without it I was around 59-60fps. I will test it a bit more and than report back to you but I do believe I have done it  . *Edit* Nope, I found the dust, removed it, and there was no noticeable fps difference. I turned off one graphics card and sat around 37-39fps with and without the actual dust particles. The dust does almost nothing to drop performance. I am not sure what else it would be lowering your performance but for tonight my eyes can hardly stay open. Its 2AM and I don't know what I am even doing awake  . Sorry I couldn't help you out.
draskozli
37-39 fps is very good, on my pc fps in these places fall to 12-13 fps! in other places in the game fps does not drop below 60 fps
draskozli
Thank you so much for trying to solve this problem, even if there is no solution for this problem thank you because you tried :D
RitualBlack
There may be, but it would be something other than the dust that is causing it. I am sorry I couldn't help you further. I though it may have been the dust but I couldn't tell when crossfire was enabled due to v.sync limiting fps to 60. When I turned a card off I noticed no fps difference with or without the dust in game. It may be a memory leak. Does it all of a sudden get really choppy near light sources in some areas and return to normal when you leave?
draskozli
yes, fps ar return to normal when I leave! If dust is not a problem then the light sources probably are, but only in the interior locations
draskozli
just like you said, all of a sudden get really choppy near light sources in some areas
draskozli
I tried with these mods http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9571 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=736 and there was no change in fps, looks like the dust is not a problem
RitualBlack
I am afraid I cannot fix lighting memory leaks. That is something you will either have to wait for Bethesda to fix or update your drivers to see if that helps. I don't know if the drivers would have anything to do with it but my cousins and I who use AMD cards have not had any problems with interior cells but my brother who uses a mid end Nvidia card sometimes gets memory leaks near light sources. It may be a card specific problem sort of like how Oblivion had a lot of blackscreen issues while running on a mid end 8xxx series Nvidia card (I know because my old tower used one  ). Each card make tends to have problems. Crossfire was so poorly supported for about a month and a half with Skyrim that any setting became unplayable and I had to turn a card off to gain framerate. I hope that you can find a work around for the time being but I can't help in this situation (sorry).
draskozli
probably you're right, I have a nvidia 9400GT 1024mb ddr2 :D
RitualBlack
Actually, that would make sense. Both your card and my brothers are Cuda based cards and you both experience memory leaks. If Bethesda doesn't fix it soon I am sure someone will eventually just like the oblivion blackscreen bug  . Good luck.
