Looking for few people interested working on small project

for past months I've been thinking of making a small scale mod that would take player into new area. It would involve subways and the Glowing Sea. However I am new to Creation Kit and that's why I am looking for modders with free time willing to help.

Couple of months ago I also had been thinking of making a small scale mod but then I gave up thinking and started making. Now I have its technical part close to completion.

 

What I really want to suggest you is start building it in CK, because apparently if the project leader is unable to handle 90% of the project alone, none of the high-skilled modmakers gonna jump out of the shade to help you.

 

Also presentation. It helps. Sell yourself and your ideas to the public.
