Skyrim Random CTDs

In Skyrim, my game randomly crashes to the desktop without any warning. It seemed to do fine in Vanilla, and it crashes most often near the Windhelm docks (especially near a bone altar, which is added by the Ordinator mod) and at a bandit outpost just beyond the Rabbit Hole (Rabbit Hole from the Rabbit Hole mod, I think the bandit outpost is vanilla, but it also says that a location from Beyond Reach is discovered when I near the rabbit hole) and it used to crash near the Solitude docks, but upon investigating I found that two ships were stuck together. After deleting one of the mods that spawned in the ships, crashes happen less often over there.

 

In addition, one of my mods (Beyond Reach) is still active in the game, even though I deleted it and it no longer shows up in the load order.

Did you start a new game after deleting Beyond Reach? If not, It probably left some scripts in your save game
