Exilejedi7
With the news of the new creation kit from bethisda i wondered if it would now be possible for a mod to become official dlc via the creation kit thus the modder getting paid for the idea im putting out there. We all know the lore of fallout and the divergence affecting music, however music was still produced after the war theres a quest in fallout 3 where u get the old lady the music sheets and some guy likes rocketman by elton john in fallout 2 and the music varies from the Mojave and the east coast. Also we've seen many of times communites developing along thair own path due to being segregated from the outside world, oasis, republic of dave, numerous vaults and so on wich brings me too this idea... Just an example.. A new radio broadcast is heard in the commonwealth wich takes the lone wanderer too a new location a new utopia hidden from the rest of civilization where you find a noir style civilization ( Triggermen ) that centers around a famous pre war nightclub wich housed many instruments and music sheets that survived the war from wich the radio signal broadcasts. The club could have a noir gangster story (godfather/citezen kane) several different gangs that visit and the club manager ( Wilson fisk) has the lone wanderer investigate the gangs (L.A Noire/batman/columbo) style to uncover the crimes/murders and a dark secret and then upon finishing the quests and story the lonewanderer gets a nightclub settlement with a good band that plays music to the commonwealth. The authour would need original music but with the announcement of the creation kit i think it would give a good band (that you'd dxpect to hear in a 1950's backstreet Brooklyn jazz / rhythm and blues club) a good platform for thair music to be appreciated ? Fallout vanilla is seriously lacking in the longevity of its music, i love im a wanderer and wonder woman singing in goodneighbour but after 10 years of settlement management and not bothering to find my son i think we all now need more songs. I think with the right author and a good band this could be an outstanding piece of future content. I dont want to go into real politics and history but didn't Brooklyn around the 1950's have alot of music from African American comunitys?, if so i think thats a missed opportunity. im not a modder and this is my first post here sorry its a bit long winded.
