Stricter Ownership - Harsher Punishment

I would love to see a mod that adds ownership to all items on the corpses of civilians/guards/soldiers, etc. It would also be good to see the many 'ownerless' items in the world be given ownership. In fact, stricter ownership all around would be great. I feel that this would greatly increase realism and immersion throughout the game, as well as difficulty. I got this idea after installing the 'WARZONES - Civil Unrest' mod. Great mod, but I found that I could just go around after the battles find 10x more than I can carry in free loot, making it quit easy to make stockpiles of gold. As you may have guessed by now I am a realism nut and my aim is always to add as much realism and immersion to my gameplay as possible.

This is what I am thinking:

- A dead civilians items belong to their next of kin. If they have no next of kin, their items are deemed property of the hold's guard. Looting a civilian's body is a criminal offense.

- A dead guard or soldier's belongings are property of their respective faction and looting their bodies is a serious offense.

- Bandits/Necromancers/Highwaymen/Vampires, etc. are outlaws and are not protected by Skyrim's laws. Looting any of these is perfectly legal.

- Just because you are a member of a guild, that does not then give you free reign to make off with everything in your guild HQ that isn't nailed down. Unless you hold a position of great respect, stealing from your guild will get you the boot.

- If you are an esteemed member of the Imperial Legion, you are permitted to retrieve items from your fallen bretheren.

- The Stormcloaks are rebels and therefor are not protected by Skyrim's laws. Looting a Stormcloak soldier is perfectly legal.

I'm sure there are more things that could be added here but it's something to start with. I am hoping that this is a real possibility and that one of the amazing modders out there will heed my call and deliver.

If anyone else feels like addding to the list, please do!

Cheers!
